We are legal factory and specialized in the production of plastic scrap to get fuel oil and carbon black with many years' experience. We aslo manufacture the waste plastic pyrolysis and recycling plant..

( 2 sets of reactors and one full cooling system)      

The material of reactor is Q245R or Q345R boiler steel plate,both kinds material is all high-temperture and high-pressure resistant . The heating parts thicness is 16mm-18mm.

The welding line is welded with the auto-welding machine, then detected to make sure no holes in the wedling line and no gas leak. No pollution to the environmental.

The insulating layer is whole insulation.  The reactor is fully covered with the insulating layer , the both ends shell cover is under the insulating layer , do this can prevent heat enenrgy leak and save more engergy.

Condenser system

We have 2 horizontal condensers and 2 vertical condensers. The horizontal condenser has 69 pipes inside it, each pipe is with length of 3200mm. The vertical condenser has 47 pipes inside it, each pipe is with length of 1600mm. Sufficient  cooling areas can make the high temperature oil steam be cooled step by step fully, hiher oil yield and less exhaust leave.

The anti-blocking board

The tire or the plastic surpass the half of the reactor, the outlet pipe is easy to block, with this anti-blocking board, our machine is more safe in the operation process.

With the sight glass, we can see the  pyrolysis oil color of process.

We also provide the tyre oil and plastic oil deeply process machine--- pyrolysis oil distillation plant , it can take them into diesel.

With the auto-feeder machine and the carbon black elevator machine, higher automation....

The auto-feeder machine has 60tons push power's hydraulic pressure device, it can push the whole tyre and big plastic into the reactor, no need the worker to feed.

Time saving and man power saving

The below is the carbon black elevator device, it can pump the carbon black from the carbon pool,all round are sealed fully , no carbon dust fly, no pollution, very clear.
