Still kettle( autoclave ) made in Xinxiang xinda boiler  factory

Still kettle also called autoclave, they widely used in dinas bricks, fly ash brick, aerated concrete block, concrete pipe pile, ALC panel building products maintenance and autoclave process.they belong to a huge pressure container with huge volume and huge weight.

The advantages of this product are: environment protection, save energy,safety also they can improve the efficiency of production.

The work pressure of still kettle can be divided to 2 kinds: 1.3Mpa & 1.5Mpa.

The main material :Jigang Q345R, using 16 mnii whole forged body flange, still cover flange. Rail steel carbon steel 55 q (12 kg/m, 15 kg/m, 22 kg/m, 30 kg/m).

Under General diameter of 2.25 meters, the autoclave working pressure is 1.3 MPa, design pressure is 1.4 MPa, working temperature is 195.0 °C to 198.3 °C, design temperature; Above the diameter of 2.5 meters , the autoclave working pressure is 1.5 MPa, design pressure is 1.6 MPa, working temperature is 201.4 °C to 204.3 °C.
